30-Day Refund & Return Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
You may return most items for a refund — for defective or faulty reasons — within 30 days of receiving your order.

If the item is defective, you will not need to pay for return shipping or a restocking fee.

Refund timeline:
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.
It may take up to 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is completely free before your payment has been processed.
    (Refer to our Payment Policy for details on payment processing.)

  • If you cancel after payment is processed but before shipment, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted due to payment processor costs.

  • If your order has already shipped, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Custom-made products are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or refunds. All sales are final.

Returns

All products, unless noted otherwise on their product pages, are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Please note:
Some manufacturers do not allow returns. If this applies, it will be stated clearly on the product’s description page.


Return Process

  1. Email themagicbook.us@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. If eligible, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email with instructions, an authorization number, and the return address.
    Do not ship your return without an authorization number.

  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all required paperwork.

  4. Ship using the same method as received (UPS, FedEx, or freight). We recommend purchasing insurance and a tracking number.
    Magic Book is not responsible for shipping-related damages or lost items.

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If a product is returned damaged or used, we may apply a deduction to your refund.


Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact themagicbook.us@gmail.com if you’d like to exchange your product.


Damaged Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery before signing the receipt.
If you notice damage, do not sign and refuse the shipment.

If you discover damage after delivery, email themagicbook.us@gmail.com within 24 hours, including:

  • Photos or videos of the damage

  • A brief description

We’ll arrange pickup and replacement where applicable.
If damage occurred during shipment, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier — but we’ll help facilitate that process.


Warranty

All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in workmanship or materials.
Warranties do not cover delivery damage.

If damage occurred upon arrival and wasn’t reported within 30 days, it is not eligible as a warranty claim.

Restocking Fees

Magic Book does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.


Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing from MagicBook.US, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Products must be returned unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.

  • Orders canceled after payment is processed are subject to a 5% fee.

  • Orders canceled after shipment require the buyer to pay for return shipping.

  • Any shipping damage must be reported to Magic Book within 24 hours with photos.

  • Estimated delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to factors outside our control.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or disputed because of unforeseen delays beyond our control.
